About This Place

Nestled in the charming town of Sintra, Starbucks Sintra offers more than your typical coffee shop experience—it serves as a cozy and welcoming retreat for locals and travelers alike seeking quality beverages and a comfortable atmosphere. Located conveniently at R. Consiglieri Pedroso 6, this branch blends the global appeal of Starbucks with a distinctly local flair.

The menu here is thoughtfully crafted to satisfy both classic coffee lovers and those looking for seasonal delights. Their cappuccino, praised by customers like Kirk Belmont for being piping hot and flavorful, is a testament to their barista skill. For those who prefer something richer, the Chocolate Quente Com Chantilly delivers an indulgent warmth topped with fluffy whipped cream, perfect for cooler Sintra days.

If you appreciate fresh fruit juices, the Sumo De Laranja Natural is a standout—freshly squeezed orange juice prepared on the spot using the finest local oranges. At €4.70, it's a refreshing pick-me-up bursting with natural sweetness and vibrant citrus notes.

The bakery selection at Starbucks Sintra complements the drinks beautifully. Pistachio lovers will delight in the Glaseado Pistáchio, a glazed cake boasting a creamy pistachio filling and crunchy toppings, and the Cruffin Pistáchio, a mouthwatering marriage between croissant and muffin that layers flaky pastry with smooth pistachio cream and light dusting of sugar. For a playful treat, the Cake Pop Birthday brings a luscious vanilla cake covered in rich chocolate—perfect for a quick sweet bite.

Autumn brings a seasonal twist with the highly recommended Pumpkin Spice Latte and its iced counterpart, both crafted with espresso, caramelized pumpkin sweetness, aromatic spices, and frothy steamed milk. These drinks are not just beverages, but a comforting sensory experience celebrating the season’s flavors. The Tiramisu Velvet Latte offers a luxurious coffee with hints of classic Italian dessert, delighting the palate with its smooth and velvety texture.

Guests frequently praise Starbucks Sintra for its inviting ambiance and attentive service. Vanessa highlights the pleasant environment and service, although noting a less favorable impression of the Iced Matcha Latte—a reminder that individual tastes vary, but the staff's friendliness shines through. Adam Jordan and Adam Maxwell both underscore the welcoming atmosphere and professional, friendly personnel, appreciating the air-conditioning during Sintra’s warm afternoons, which adds to the comfort.

While some feedback points to areas of improvement, like language skills that are crucial in a tourist hub such as Sintra, the overall experience remains positive for many visitors who return for the friendly faces and consistently good drinks.

Whether you’re grabbing a classic espresso, indulging in a seasonal latte, or savoring a fresh pastry, Starbucks Sintra stands out as a reliable and enjoyable stop in the heart of this historic town. It's a place to relax, recharge, and connect, wrapped in the familiar warmth of a globally loved brand yet enhanced by local goodness.

Pretty ambiente and very good Service! What I didn't like is the Iced Matcha Latte here. This is the first time I tasted bad Matcha. The peach ice tea was really good though.

Not as bad as it could be. One women in charge would change the attitude- which makes me not reach this place again. English language skills in tourism place like Sintra shall be required
